Speaking of red ink
I know the guy meant it to be RedInk1, but i always read it as ReDink1.

I'm pretty sure that happened with everybody before they read about what the name was meant to be.

Surely someone must read it as Red Dink?...

I always wondered if "Red Ink One" meant that our beloved webmaster was loosing money on the proposition of keeping this website alive, paying some web hosting service out of his own pocket to keep this place around.

Even when The Dink Network was at its most popular, and it had ads and even a print-on-demand store for a while, it never generated any substantial revenue. Like maybe $50 total, but probably more like $10.

Back when I was in school, we jumped around between free housing providers until I decided to just pay for it.

The name redink1 predates my knowledge of Dink Smallwood by a few months.

The good ol' days... When redink1 was young and dashing, sailing in the murky waters of early internet, making tens of dollar$... Now, the same passion is getting him deeper and deeper in debt.
