Quest For Dorinthia 1 - Bug?
Quest for Dorinthia (The)
When I go to shift the big rock just before the Wizards house, the rock moves - revealing the cave, but every time I try to enter it, I get the message
"Dink Smallwood ('dink') was not found on your computer. Please configure the dink programme name in the options menu"
Ok, so what do I need to do to accurately configure it?

That's a bit weird... it's the only place it happens?
And are you using FreeDink or the normal version?

Using DFArc V3...
Not sure whether using Freedink or Normal version???

FreeDink is a different Launcher I think, and DFArc is the normal version I believe.
1.08 or Auaral+ is the version of Dink Smallwood itself. This you can check by starting up Dink Smallwood and looking at the text on the Titlescreen.

If you're using Linux then you have FreeDink
Worth taking a look here to check you have the latest version if so.

Pretty sure I've got the latest version, using Xubuntu (Linux) if that's of any help?
If I was you I would play another dmod while waiting for beuc to fix it.
That's a FreeDink error message.

As Someone said, I'm interested in:
- the FreeDink version you are playing: run in windowed mode and read the title bar to find out It's like "GNU FreeDink 1.08.20100420".
- a saved game that I can play to reproduce the problem.

Hey,
> Ok, it's GNU FreeDink 1.08.20090120
OK. Maybe you know that Ubuntu has a "freezing" process for their releases, which means you may not have the latest version of the applications you installed.
In this case your version of FreeDink is > 1 year old (2009-01-20), and we fixed bugs since then, so maybe your problem is already fixed
To get the latest version, you can configure Synaptics to use this repository:
deb http://www.freedink.org/releases/debian/ ./
and then upgrade freedink.

I think it was too big for the mailing list :/
You can send it at beuc@beuc.net.
What do I need to do, after loading the game, to reproduce the bug?
